In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

1. Our Content Policy

We are an informational platform that shares:

  • Government job advertisements.
  • Educational notifications (Date sheets, results, press releases).
  • News updates.

Much of this content is derived from public domain government records or press releases. However, if you believe that any content on our website violates your copyright—such as a specific image, article text, or proprietary document—please follow the procedure below.

2. Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that a copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to our Copyright Agent.

Designated Copyright Agent:

To be effective, your notification must include the following information:

  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL of the page).
  3. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. This must include:

  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number.

4. Response Time

We take copyright issues seriously. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate and, if necessary, remove or disable access to the infringing material.

Please allow 2-5 business days for an email response. Note that emailing your complaint to other parties such as our Internet Service Provider will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not being filed properly.
