Benevolent Fund Form 2026
*If any child of government employees who is doing regular job and is studying in class 11 or above, fill this form and submit it, then he/she will get government scholarship. This amount will come in the account of the government employee. *
*This scholarship form has to be submitted every year, first it will be signed by the college or university, then it will be signed by your office and then submitted. *
*The last date for submitting the form is 31st March, but if you start the process from today, then the whole work will be completed. *
*If the child’s marks are between 60 to 90 percent, then the money will be given a little. *
*If the child’s previous result is 90 percent or more, then 50-55000 will be given. *
*This fund is also deducted from the salary of every employee every month. *
*This is your own money, you have to get it back. *
*Contract/ad hoc employees cannot apply for this. *
Regular employee can submit the form for only 2 children
If the employee is deceased, then there is a concession, his 3 children can submit the form and those three children can study in any class from 1 to 16
سرکاری ملازمین ریگولر جاب کر رہے ہیں ان کا کوئی بچہ جو 11 کلاس میں یا اس سے اوپر کسی بھی کلاس میں پڑھتا ہو وہ یہ فارم پر کر کے جمع کروائیں تو گورنمنٹ کی وظیفہ ملتا ہے یہ رقم گورنمنٹ ملازم کے اکاونٹ میں آئے گی
یہ سکالرشپ کا فارم ہر سال جمع کروانا ہوتا ہے، پہلے کالج و یونیورسٹی سے دستخط ہو گا پھر آپ کے آفس سے دستخط ہو کر آگے جمع ہو گا
فارم جمع کروانے کی آخری تاریخ 31 مارچ ہے لیکن آپ ا بھی سے پراسس شروع کریں گے تو سارا کام مکمل ہو گا
اگر بچے کے مارکس 60 سے 90 فصد تک ہے تو پیسے تھوڑے ملیں گے
اگر بچے کے سابقہ رزلٹ میں %90 فیصد یا اس سے زیادہ ہیں تو پھر 50-55000 ملے گا
یہ فنڈ ہر ملازم کی تنخواہ سے ہر ماہ کٹوتی بھی ہوتا ہے
یہ آپ کا اپنا پیسہ آپ کو واپیس ملنا ہوتا ہے
کنٹریک/ ایڈہاک والے ملازمین یہ اپلائی نہیں کر سکتے
ریگولر ملازم صرف 2 بچوں کا فارم جمع کروا سکاتا ہے
اگر ملازم فوت شدہ ہے تو اس کے رعایت ہے اس کے ۳ بچے فارم جمع کروا سکتے ہیں اور وہ تین بچے جس مرضی کلاس میں پڑھتے ہوں ایک سے 16 تک جس کلاس میں بھی ہوں
