Financial Assistance for Spring Semester 2026

Dated 01 January 2026

All students who have received financial assistance in the Fall 2025 semester as per the procedures, the Regional Administrators should inform these students through email, telephone and SMS that they should now obtain their challan form for financial assistance in the Spring 2026 semester by January 23, 2026 and apply for financial assistance on the Student Service Request. It is to be noted that students who have been given financial assistance in the past will not be invited to the RAC meeting.

Deadline to apply for financial aid in the spring 2026 semester for students who were awarded financial aid in the fall 2025 semester

Last date to apply online for financial assistance (Regional Administrators are requested to check both online applications simultaneously)

RAC Meeting for Fresh Students (For students receiving financial aid for the first time)

January 30, 2026

Last date to obtain challan form for students receiving financial assistance

February 3, 2026

Last date for depositing the remaining fees after financial assistance in fees

February 10, 2026

Deadline for completing lists

Last date for submission of copies of RAC decisions to DSA

مالی معاونت برائے سمسٹر بہار 2026

ایسے تمام طلبہ جو ضابطہ ہائے کار کے مطابق سمسٹر خزاں 2025 میں مالی معاونت حاصل کر چکے ہیں علاقائی ناظمین ان طلبہ کو ای میل، ٹیلی فون اور ایس ایم ایس کے ذریعے اطلاع دیں کہ وہ اب سمسٹر بہار 2026 میں مالی معاونت کے لئے مورخہ 23 جنوری 2026 تک اپنا چالان فارم حاصل کر کے Student Service Request پر مالی معاونت کی درخواست دیں اور یہ یادر ہے کہ جن طلبہ کو پہلے مالی معاونت دی جا چکی ہے ان کو RAC کی میٹنگ میں نہیں بلایا جائے گا۔

مالی معاونت حاصل کرنے کے لئے آن لائن اپلائی کرنے کی آخری تاریخ (علاقائی ناظمین سے گذارش ہے کہ دو ساتھ ساتھ آن لائن درخواستوں کی جانچ پڑتال بھی کریں
