Punjab is starting the green certificate in a phased manner through the Punjab Land Records Authority. For the first time, the land owner will get a firm certificate according to his ownership possession, in which the owner will have a map along with the details of the land where the land is located, which will get rid of the disputes in land matters.
And the old Khyut system will now become a parcel system in the modern era.

پنجاب میں پنجاب لینڈ ریکارڈز اتھارٹی کی ذریعے گرین سرٹیفکیٹ کا مرحلہ وار آغاز کر رہی ہے پہلے دفعہ زمین مالک کو اُسکی اپنی ملکیتی قبضہ کی مطابق اُسکی پکی سند ملی گی جس میں اس۔ مالک زمین کی تفصیل کی ساتھ ساتھ اُسکا نقشه بھی ساتھ ہوگا ک زمین کہاں واقع ہے جس سے زمینی معاملات میں ہونے والی تنازعات سے
نجات ملی گار
اور جو پرانا کّھیوٹ سسٹم تھا و اب جدید دور میں پارسل سسٹم بن جائے گا
