Separate B Form for each child | With fixed validity and photo
The first B Form will be made without a photo, which will be valid until the age of three. After that, a B Form with a photo will be made, which will be valid until the child turns ten. When the child is more than ten years old, the B Form will be made again, for which the child’s photo, iris and fingerprints will be taken and its validity will be until the age of eighteen.
Parents should register the child in the Union Council within one month of his birth and get a B Form from NADRA.
