Sargodha Board issued a notification after the Board of Governors approved the recommendations of PBCC to provide 6 opportunities to supplementary students.

It is hereby notified & circulated to all concerned that PBCC in its meeting vide item No. 05 dated 18-02-2026, regarding the matter “Proposal for Extension of Examination Attempts and Associated Facilitation for Secondary and Intermediated Level Candidates” has discussed and decided as under.
DECISION:
The Committee thoroughly deliberated upon the proposals presented by the Controller of Examinations, PBCC / Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore. Taking into consideration the views of the participants, it was decided to increase the number of examination attempts/chances from four (4) to six (6), which may be availed within a period of four (4) consecutive years.
This policy shall be implemented with effect from Annual Examination 2024, and its applicability shall extend uniformly to all groups/disciplines, Le., Matric, Intermediate, Matric/Intermediate or O/A Levels, Al Sanvia Ama and Al Sanvia Khasa, as well as all candidates who, after passing the said examinations, appear for additional subject(s) examinations.
However, the students availing these additional chances/attempts shall be bound to appear in the current/prevailing syllabus at the time of their attempts/chances.
The Chairman Board / Commissioner Sargodha Division Sargodha, in anticipation approval of BOG, has been pleased to adopt said PBCC decision meeting dated 18-2-2026 for implementation in B.I.S.E Sargodha.
